For a quick at home stretch to help relieve foot pain, kneel on the ground, tuck your feet under, and untuck your toes so the tops are on the floor. If this is too rigorous, lean forward. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds to a minute. This stretch will help provide some relief to your feet.
